Stay assistance

 

During the month following the moving, we provide the beneficiary with a stay assistance for free.

Beyond this period, we propose a fixed-price contract for one year renewable on demand.
This assistance relates to areas in which we feel we can have an added value.

The following list is far from being complete:

Health problems;
Judicial and fiscal questions, especially with the landlord;
Language or cultural problems;
Household problems, etc.

 

 

Contacting Relocation Service

The beneficiary can contact RELOCATION SERVICE in different ways when he/she needs help:

by phone from de 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
by email (or post mail)

 

 

Emergencies

 

 

 

 

As soon as we know what the problem is, we do everything possible to solve it efficiently.

For instance, when one of our client is locked outside of his/her apartment without keys, or has a car break-down on the highway (which usually happens on a Sunday night), we do our best to find a fast and efficient solution.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Difficulties

 

 

Stay assistance also allows the beneficiary to contact someone when a less urgent problem occurs.

Looking for a baby-sitter, a doctor, a craftsman, specific suppliers and service companies.

During the years, we have build an efficient network which will avoid the beneficiary loosing money and wasting time.

 

 

 

Questions

 

 

 

 

Thanks to our stay assistance, we can even find a translator, organize a trip or a private reception by our relationships with service companies well-known for their competence.

Friday night meetings:

on the last Friday of each month, we get together with our beneficiaries in a café somewhere in Paris.
