Inventory of fixtures is an essential document that describes the rental accommodation room by room, as well as the contents. In the interest of the tenant, the law makes this inventory compulsory at the beginning and the end of the rental period in order to avoid any litigation when the tenant leaves. The inventory of fixtures must be adjoined to the rental contract.
This option allows the beneficiary to be assisted by RELOCATION SERVICE when this document is established.
Similarly, we will assist him/her when the inventory at the end of the rental period needs to be done (the same rules apply)..
During the interview, we will gain understanding of the beneficiary's needs in particular with regard to the languages spoken by the children. Based on this, we propose different suitable schools.
We will contact the chosen schools and schedule appointments on his/her behalf with the school managers.
We will accompany him/her during these appointments.
We will help him/her in the final school choice and assist him/her in the enrollment process of the children.
Also, we will advise the beneficiary concerning a suitable school insurance.
For all these activities (especially for arranging accommodations), the beneficiary must have an account at a French bank.
We are at his/her disposal to guide him/her in choosing a bank where his/her language is spoken, and to help him/her with the necessary formalities to open a bank account.
a) Accommodations comprehensive insurance
On the day keys are handed over, the beneficiary must take a comprehensive insurance for the accommodations. At any time, the landlord can ask for it.
We will advise on choosing an insurance company and the type of insurance to take.
We will accompany him/her to the signing of the contracts.
b) Other contracts
The beneficiary must also subscribe a contract with EDF/GDF (Electricity and Gas of France), with the water company services of the accommodation and with the telephone company if he/she wishes a telephone contract. He/she can also ask for assistance in subscribing other services such as Internet, cable-TV or satellite-TV, security services, etc. We can wait in the name (on behalf) of the beneficiary for the intervention that will put into place the service.
We will help the beneficiary to find the improvement and maintenance services (housework, cleaning, garden help) that will fit his/her needs.

Prior to moving into the new accommodations, it may be necessary to do some improvements.
RELOCATION SERVICE can help the beneficiary in choosing an architect and other suppliers as well as in negotiating estimates, in the follow-up with suppliers and in the delivery of services.
We can also represent the beneficiary at the delivery moving boxes and items.
We are at the beneficiary's disposal to accompany him/her in specialized shops in which to find furniture and appliances.
If the beneficiary does not bring his/her furniture and is not interested in buying furniture in France, we can propose the services of companies specialized in furniture rental.
