This is an all-inclusive package allowing the company employee to benefit from all our services: welcome, accommodations research, settling in and follow up.
This package guarantees the beneficiary the most extended service and the most complete assistance of RELOCATION SERVICE. It works as follows:
During an interview with the beneficiary, we give him general information on the country, the town and its surroundings, the choice in accommodations, schools, the way of life, transportation facilities, shops, sports and leisure.
We also provide the useful information about daily life in our country.
Thanks to our questionnaire and the beneficiary's answers, we present him/her the rental market offers and variability of rental costs depending on the location, area, services, etc.

With the selected criteria, RELOCATION SERVICE looks for accommodations and schedules visits.
Assisted and driven by our consultant, the beneficiary will visit all selected accommodations (about two to three days of visit provided there are sufficient offers on the market).
We assist with the accommodation choice, go with him/her if necessary for a secondary visit.
We will check with him/her the surroundings, transportation facilities, shops and public buildings (city hall, post office, etc.)
We will provide him/her with complete documentation on the chosen city.
Subsequently, we explain the lease contract and specific clauses if applicable. We also will explain the rights and obligation of the renter and the landlord and their obligations under French law.
We participate in the checking at the beginning of the lease (inventory of furnishings in the case of furnished accommodations).
On behalf of the beneficiary, we will contract for gas, electricity, water, telephone and other necessary utilities.
We organize the drafting of contracts related to the accommodation (furnace maintenance, house or apartment insurance, alarm, cable)
We schedule appointments with schools and accompany the families to the schools.
We help the beneficiary open a bank account.
We quote for furniture rentals if applicable.
We spend one half-day with the beneficiary in order to explain and resolve problems related to his/her new environment: we explain the first bills, the methods of making payments, and accompany the beneficiary to specific appointments.
