
These two services are similar. The only difference is the time allotted for visiting selected accommodations (see below)
Visiting available accommodations according to needs:
Express : a day or two half days in a row
Simple : same service, plus visits to new offers as they appear on the market, during one month afterwards.
During an interview with the beneficiary, we use our accommodations questionnaire to help him describe as precisely as possible what he wants, where he would like to live, the accommodation area, number of rooms, and other specific requirements (empty or furnished, which floor, age of building, aspect, etc.)
Then, we provide him/her with the information we have on file pertaining to the particular area and budget. We also give him/her general information about leases and expenses (taxes, agency fees) as well as a list of documents to provide for his/her application.
With our methods and our knowledge, we select suitable accommodations and schedule visits with rental agencies or landlords.
We accompany the beneficiary and/or his/her family by car. It is also an opportunity to discover the areas he/she may live in.
During the visits, the beneficiary communicates his preferences and we help him to choose objectively among all the accommodations he visited.
Once the choice is made, we submit the application, negotiate the rent and the agency fee and we check the lease terms before signing.
After the signing of the lease, some things need to be done before the handing over of the keys (inventory of fixtures, insurances, utilities). When settling in, do not forget to ask for our Assistance Package to help the beneficiary in performing the inventory of fixtures and furnishing before entry.
