We look for more than 200 accommodations per year in Paris and surroundings.

As relocation professionals and pioneers in France, landlords, institutions managers, and realtors trust us. Working with them for decades, they give us daily updated lists of available accommodations that are hard to find anywhere else.

A rigorous selection

For our suppliers, RELOCATION SERVICE's research provides a guarantee of seriousness and solvency.

We refuse to enter into any contract that call for the payment of a realty fee to an agent.

We work with licensed realtors only.

Several consultants make daily accommodations searches at our office, sharing their information with us and giving us their opinion, thus increasing the chance to achieve our goal faster and more efficiently.

Each search is conducted by one senior consultant assisted by other employees and staff of our company.

Selecting offers that match our clients needs and scheduling appointments to visit 10 to 30 accommodations take about 20 to 30 hours of research and more than 300 phone calls.
