How we work (in details)

Interview with the beneficiary

Before arriving and taking up his/her duties, we decide together with the employee where to seek residence according to his/her wishes, needs, budget, schools, transportations facilities, etc.

Arriving in Paris

Our team immediately takes care of the beneficiary. We take him/her with us to visit previously selected areas and accommodations according to the criteria that were set out until a choice is made.

Documents related to accomodations

In concert with the client company, we take care of the application to the landlord or agent, we carefully review and assist or represent the beneficiary at the signing of the documents.

Installation Assistance

We assist or represent the beneficiary during the inventory of fixtures and furnishings. We set up accounts with EDF/GDF, water company, telephone company, TV and cable, Internet, insurances.
We prepare for the children's enrollment in schools. We provide useful addresses for settling in: where to find everything for the kitchen, furniture, appliances, repair services, etc. 

Administrative documents

One of our consultants will take care of all formalities: visa, resident permit, work visa, driver's license, social security, etc.
During his/her stay in the Paris area, we are available to help to work out any of the administrative problems that crop up in daily life.

Stay assistance

During the beneficiary's stay, we remain at his/her disposal to help it to take care of everyday life type of issues.

Assistance at departure

We assist the company and its employee in terminating leases, canceling contracts, doing the inventory of fixtures and furnishings and taking care of the departure requirements.

Loca-Pass & Mobili-Pass, assistances with mobility

With our help, your collaborator will benefit from the advantages of "Loca-Pass" and "Mobili-Pass" subsidized by the "1% Logement" program.

Mobili-Pass allows refunding of  some expenditures, in particular of the expenses of assistance to the installation in housing (our fees), following a relocation.

The subsidy of €1,600, can double to €2,000 if the request passes through the employer.
